I had evaluated many different contractors and had settled on Kenny's because of the references, the price, and my good feeling about meeting Ed. The problem: they didn't put all of the details that we had talked about in the contract. I tried for a couple of weeks but he ignored my calls. Finally I got through to him and he said he didn't want to do business with me and just hung up. I ended up picking another contractor and it turned into a $20,000 job. What a great way to build up a good reputation; it figures.

ED WHO OWNS THE BUSINESS CAME OVER TO MY HOUSE AND MEASURED ALL THE WINDOWS HIMSELF, HE DID NOT CHARGE ME ANY EXTRA TO DO THE MEASURING AND DID NOT CHARGE ANY DELIVERY FEE. HE GAVE ME POINTERS ON HOW TO DO THE INSTALLATION. I HAVE USED HIM FOR MY SONS WINDOWS ALSO.
