I turned the pilot light off on my gas insert fireplace by accident last winter and was unable to get it lit again. I finally decided not to go without it for another winter so I called Jerry's to make an appointment. Kim, who  answered the phone,  offered to talk me through it so I wouldn't have to pay for a house call.  She did an it worked.  I am so pleased with this kind of service.  Multiple people, including PG&E tried to get this thing lit and no one could do it.   I am so pleased and grateful.  When I need service, I will definitely call Jerry's.

He was able to customize the faceplate and it looks beautiful in our home!  Very prompt, professional, and a good price.

It was pretty easy. We called and made an appointment and they came out that day. They were very neat and you wouldn't even know they were here. They were prompt and responsive. It was relatively inexpensive.

An old Buck Stove insert had been in the fireplace for many years. It was showiing signs of age, rust, etc. The home will be used for a rental and I thought it best to have it removed and the fireplace and chimney inspeced for safety. Jerry's had been recommended by another company that was unable to perform the work when needed. Jerry and his assistant arrived right on time. I was worried about the new carpet that had just been installed but they were very careful to keep everything clean. They had the old stove out in about half an hour and the cleaning and inspection was completed in about an hour. I was informed that the fireplace was unsafe for use. Missing morter, and exposed rebar in the chimney and smoke chamber amoung other things. I was informed of the alternatives and given some good advice. They were very professional and no pressure to buy other services or products.. I would use them again for my own home.

Jerry was very knowledgeable about the stoves and fireplaces. Visiting the shop was pleasant and informative. The installation crew arrived exactly on time, took exactly the estimated time to complete the job and competed the work with no disruption. There was no mess. I have had a lot of work done on this house and worked with a lot of contractors. I wish all jobs went like this one.

JERRY'S CHIMNEY SERVICE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WENT RIGHT TO WORK. THEY SHOWED ME THAT THE DOOR WAS WARPED. THEY REPLACED IT AND THEN IT WOULD CLOSE.

JERRY AND HIS STAFF ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE EAGER TO HELP. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND THE METHOD THEY USE DOES NOT CAUSE DUST TO FLOAT IN YOUR HOUSE. THEY DO A GOOD JOB.

JERRY'S WAS PROMPT AND VERY NEAT. THEY DID A VERY GOOD INSPECTION OF THE CHIMNEY AND DID NOT MAKE A MESS WHEN CLEANING THE CHIMNEY. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.
