JEM Appliance Service & Repair

The technician showed up on time. He then went to my dishwasher and when he looked at the dishes that had been washed using the dishwasher for the first time he saw the what looked like black mud on all of my dishes and told me that I must have left dirt on them. He then opened the bottom of the unit from the inside and found what he called dirt that was left there by the factory. He cleaned that part and told me I needed to run the unit with nothing in it and I did. When I placed the dishes back in it did not clean one bit of whatever was on them. He then returned on 7/10/2013 and simply told me that I need to wash the dishes by hand and when he took a bit of water to some of the dirt on the dishes it ran off but he could not explain why the dishwasher could not do the same thing and told me the unit was fine and have a good day. I stopped him and told him my wife and I heard what sounded like a gun shot while the unit was running and he told me it was the door to the soap dispenser opening but we have only heard it twice while the dishwasher has been run 6 times.

They have a four hour window which is annoying and they called to cancel my appointment 2 hours into waiting for them then mixed up the window of the next appointment, fortunately the tech was bale to come back later in the day and when he did he did the job quickly and professionally.

Called my warranty provider for an issue with a Samsung washer. First
provider that was called out took 2 week and still did not have my part.
I called my warranty provider at 5:30pm on 9/25 and they changed my
service call to JEM Appliance. At 8:45am 9/26 JEM called me and verified
what I needed done. Told me service person would be there before
12:00pm.
Service Tech arrived with correct part and took less than 10minutes to fix my issue.
JEM is Samsung appliance certified and when trying to get parts from Samsung this is very important.
