THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WHO CAME WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING. NO ONE IN OUR HOUSEHOLD IS A COMPUTER EXPERT, BUT THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE DIDN'T MAKE US FEEL INADEQUATE OR STUPID DURING THE WHOLE PROCESS.
