+ -1 moreThey did the estimate in February. In April, after I had finished up some other work, I spoke to Jim and wanted to clarify how long the work would last to make sure it would last through the life of the roof. I agreed to the bid they had given me. He verbally agreed that he could guarantee the work, but not the roof itself. We agreed to schedule the work and he was going to send me the contract. I never received that contract. I stopped getting bids for the job because I was planning on working with this company. I have been calling since each month to get the work scheduled, but I have not received a phone call yet. I have spoken with his secretary multiple times who told me that they were very busy and that I would be getting a call soon, but still have not heard from them.
Description of Work: They gave me an estimate to redo all of the flashing on our roof.
