Overall the job went very well and very quickly. Before starting, Mr. Hoang came to the house, learned what we wanted, and submitted a proposal. On request, he gave me references to check. The one I called had a full landscaping job that was much larger than what we needed, but he was very positive. When we decided to go ahead, Mr. Hoang came back with a contract. Work began the next day. The digging was done in one day, and the installation completed the following day. Good quality materials were used. Bricks and stepping stones had to be removed and pipe laid under them. They were all replaced nicely and the areas were left clean. Mr. Hoang showed me how to set the controls and work the sprinklers manually, and he came back to the house twice for fine-tuning and questions. The system now works perfectly. There was only one casualty from a garden full of plants, but (it never fails) that was an old grape vine that my grandfather had planted.
