 + -1 moreMy purchase is not going as smoothly as I would like. But, with every bump in the road I am definitely calling Jerald to help fix it.
Description of Work: Jerald Simpkins is an excellent realtor. I love how he makes himself available to show me any property I am interested in. He is on time and has even gone back several times to show my Mom and my sister. Another thing that I have noticed is he is not just showing me property at the highest end of my budget. I qualified for $350,000.00, but, I ended up writing an offer for a property at $200,000.00, and I know I am receiving the same profession services even though Jerald is making less commission. If you want a realtor who will make your your interest the priority, than Jerald is your realtor.
