Ahead of the job, we had agreed on 3 deliverables. One was not completed. Additionally, the contractor arrived two hours late, and seemed to have not read the original scope of work that was agreed to. Lastly, the space was not respected, with doors/windows being left wide open for long periods of time where they were not being used, and the workspace not cleaned up afterwards. He seemed to be trying to fit us on before his full-time job that started at 3pm, so he seemed rushed.
