Horrible from the beginning. This company made drapes for our sun room at a cost of $2585. The drapes arrived 3 months late in damaged condition. The linen material that the drapes are made from is worn thin or just plain missing in areas. It looks like severe moth damage. There are numerous holes the size of a dime and larger in all the drapes.
I emailed the pictures of our damaged drapes to Factory Direct Drapes but, they don't respond. They ignore my email. When I finally got a hold of them via phone I was told that my email had been going into their "spam" folder. They also stated that they would not give me a refund. Their website states that they will refund damaged drapes.
The only email I received from this company was 11-26-14. I was told that my email would be forwarded on to someone who could help. No one from Factory Direct Drapes has contacted me to refund our money. We paid $2585.00 for damaged drapes and I want a refund.
