I was very pleased with the work, but most of all, there was something about them that was very trustworthy. I didn't feel that I was being taken advantage of at all. Chris, which is the owner, explained everything and was very forthright. He also came very quickly when I called, and didn't charge me any sort of fee for coming out on a Saturday. He never came in the house, he wasn't intrusive. He just did his job and was trustworthy. His price was also very competitive. He even worked after dark to get it in, so I didn't have to worry about it, which I really appreciated.
