They gave a very professional quote with photographs in the double areas. They only do one type of roofing. Their professionalism sets them apart. It was a one day roofing job. I was impressed because they wrapped the cars of several of our neighbors.

Keith evaluated the roof and gave me detailed, knowledgable information on what could be done. He took pictures of the roof and areas of concern. I appreciated seeing it without having to get on the roof myself. He kept me informed on when they would be able to do the work and sent someone to make temporary repairs when rain storms were expected before the complete job could be done. The team was prompt, efficient and professional. The work was completed as described and they left the yard cleaner than when they started.

Excellent service-would definitely recommend again. I got detailed quotes from several roofing companies. However, Custom Craft impressed me as Keith, the manager has been very responsive, personable and professional from start to finish. Keith was very informative and detailed about the roof, type of work needed and gave me an immediate estimate on the spot. I could tell he and his team took pride in their work and were genuinely interested in providing great service and ideas. They worked seamlessly with our general contractor.

Overall, I was satisfied. There was one glitch in which my phone went out. The individual in charge of the installation came out and resolved the issue.

Company provided a straightforward, professional proposal with photos of existing condition. Crew arrived promptly at 8 AM as scheduled. They were courteous and efficient, including putting up plastic sheets to protect neighbor's windows from over-spray. They were done by approx. 2 PM same day and cleaned up properly. They appeared to know what they were doing, but it is too soon to comment on the quality of the work or to say whether the leaks are fixed. The company offers free roof inspections during the 20 year warranty period. The foreman Keith also kindly gave me some free suggestions regarding skylights on another property.

This company did a lot of work to my roof and they have done many neighbors homes as well. It is safe to say they do good work. I would use them again but I hope that I will not need too. The people who did the work were good quality people. I had dry rot and they had to replace a lot of the lumber. They were very helpful and a little more expensive, but again they had to do a lot of work on my roof.
