The salesperson, Amber, a 3rd generation family member in the business, was extremely helpful and totally understood my desire to do whatever I could to save money while still meeting our needs for color, comfort, and practicality. She showed me lots of high quality remnants and then a practical regular carpet stock, estimated costs, and offered to come by and measure the room even if I decided to install it myself. She told me short cuts to installing it myself since I didn't need it to be perfect. In the end, she delivered and cut it on site and I just had to finish the edges with hot glue. A wonderful experience, and SO much cheaper than other quotes!

A 2 man crew did the job from 10:30 to 2:30. Both moved the kitchen appliances, and the 1 man worked on the kitchen flooring while the other man worked on the upstairs master bathroom. Once finished, I inspected the flooring. I asked for a slight change to the kitchen flooring and it was done immediately. When the kitchen flooring was done, they moved both kitchen appliances back into place without scratching the floor. They cleaned up the garage and driveway where they had been cutting pieces to fit. I wanted an adjustment to the molding, and they came back and spent another 2 hours on it the next day. The kitchen flooring made the whole kitchen look bright and new. The bathroom subfloor was replaced. The estimator accurately felt damage to the subfloor, so I was glad to have it repaired/replaced. The vinyl floor looked great also. From estimator to installers the whole job was done right!

My experience with this company was very good. The guys that came out to my home were very skilled. This is an excellent company. The people were great. I don't have any complaints about the floors. They look great. They did a lot better than the other company I hired to come out.

They did the work in March of 2004. They did my family room in my condominium. They installed quality and appropriate carpeting. They drove a company truck and wore uniforms. I would definitely hire them again as I had a good experience with their employees.

I found that Carpet Mart had very good people working for them. Their quality of work was excellent & the prices were outstanding. I have never had anything to complain about & they always do a good job. Their prices are competitive & they are a wonderful company.
