C.Williams Plumbing was very courteous and had good follow-through. The shower faucet leaked and he came back to fix it and didn't charge me for the fix. I appreciated the guarantee that he offered and upheld.

Water heater would not ignite. I called on a Sunday afternoon, left a message. He returned my call within 15 minutes, and was at my home within an hour. The water heater was new when we bought the house and is a G.E. bought from Home Depot and I've had three plumbers tell me these are not very good as parts are difficult to get. At any rate he diagnosed the problem and got it lit and running within a few minutes.
I called him subsequently when the pressure release temperature valve leaked and he gave great advice on how I could replace it myself and did not have to come out.

They were really good. They gave a really big discount. It would have cost over $500. Their professionalism and their customer service were awesome. They really made sure they gave us the best of work. They knew exactly what it was and they had a machine to work it and fix it that day. They are not the type to say it could be this plumbing or that plumbing. We haven't had any problems since. They got here within 1 1/2 hours.

The job went well. Jeff got right to work. The drains and toilet in one bathroom were backing up. Jeff was able to come by right away and fix the problem. He was knowledgeable, professional, and hard-working. There were some unexpected issues with the pipes,but he dealt with them quickly. On top of everything, Jeff seems like a really nice guy and is a pleasure to do business with. I am going to have him do some less urgent jobs in the near future.

He does not do large jobs. He mainly does small jobs. He's very responsive, honest, efficient and professional. He has all of the necessary equipment in his truck. I would definitely recommend him to others.

JEFF WAS ON TIME and VERY POLITE. HE WAS CLEAN and WORKED FAST. THEY DISPOSED OF THE OLD TOILET. THEY OFFERED A 20% SENIOR DISCOUNT and 30 DAY WARRANTY.
