Beck Roofing was quick to respond to my request for an estimate. I got a quote via email within a couple of days of Charlie Beck inspecting my roof. I got a call back within a day when I had some questions about the roofing process. They told me it may be a couple of weeks before they could start my job. I was called a few days ahead of the projected start date and then kept informed daily, because of some weather delays, as to when they could begin and if it would work into my schedule.
The crew arrived on time; worked quickly; and cleaned up my property very well. I was shown areas where I would need to repaint the stucco and replaced wood that had rotted. (BTW, I was made aware, in the bid information, that I would have to repaint a stucco replacement area because it would need to dry for a week.)
