Wish they included the information that it is a 4 window minimum on their website.

My experience overall went excellently. The staff was very friendly and professional. They actually delivered the top to my home. The pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to others.

They came on time, communication was great. They came out for the measurements, and demo. They cleaned up after they were done. I used a different company at a different house, and the service was comparable. It all went the way I would expect it to go.

Bay City Windows has a showroom for windows and doors. The staff there is very friendly and helped me picked out the windows that suits my needs. The actual day of the job went super smooth. I thought it will take 3-5 days to replace all of the windows. But it only took one day. The crew was super careful in keeping my home clean. They did a great job!

Although we did not have Bay City Window change our windows, we were happy with the service Mark provided.

The window installation was a little on the sloppy side. They didn't make sure the windows were centered. The stucco work that I had them do, they did it in the rain so I would have to get them back to do it again.

Bill Walsh came and gave my husband and I a quote. We had received 3 other quotes and the reason we chose Bay City Windows was because Bill went the extra mile to explain our options and really help us understand what was involved and the choices we were making. However after they received our deposit, I feel like their level of care went down. My husband tried to ask questions of the guy who came out to do the actual measuring and he was unable to answer the questions. We were putting in new construction windows, not just replacement windows and so we wanted to know the impact of doing this (and how much finishing work we would have to do on the inside once they were done - it turns out it was A LOT of extra work. I feel like I had to chase Bill and Bay City to answer further questions we had between the time we placed the order and the time the windows arrived. Richard, the installer, and his team did a good job and met with our stucco contractor to talk about putting the windows in. There was a miscommunication, which meant a number of windows had to be pulled out and the paper around them redone, but that was resolved. They then found a lot of dry root and framing problems, so they had to stop working and we had to call in a contractor. Richard was good about scheduling to come back and finish the job. Unfortunately, it appears that we must have had someone inexperienced putting our windows together as we ended up having AmeriMax come out 3 times to replace the weather stripping in all 15 windows. There were parts of working with this company that were good, and there were parts that weren't and for $10,000+ I would have liked Excellent throughout our experience. The people were all friendly, but sometimes friendly isn't enough when spending that kind of money and doing such a major construction project. I am not sure that we would use them again. I think we would have to weigh up our options and know what we were walking into.

I spent maybe $3000 on that work. They were very friendly, good and efficient. Everything went just real well with them, so I was very happy with them. Their price was competitive.

The windows are great, the installers did a very good job, and the windows manager/scheduler/measurer was very helpful and professional. The salesperson was helpful in the beginning, but his follow through and responsiveness went down significantly after the sale, and even when a remeasurement needed to be done, so if I were to buy windows again from them, I would probably ask to work with another salesperson. This delayed the install date significantly. The rest of the staff were helpful and professional.

I think we mainly went with them for price. Everything else with them was fine, and we did not have any problem.

It went great. They were able to give us a quote via email. Installer came out to measure and we placed the order. Windows took about 10 days to be made and 4 hours to be installed. One guy came out and did the job and he was professional and friendly. He cleaned up the mess and took away the old windows.

There was 1 person doing the installation. Once I called them, they were able to set up an appointment for the installation within three days. I thought that was very good. The work was completed in about two hours. The price was very good, too.

I had them quote the project in Oct 2005 but I wasn't ready to commit. Overall, I interviewed about 8 companies and only one stood out in all areas including price, quality, product, knowledge, licenses, etc. Then, I had Creative come out again in Sept 2006 to re-quote and the price actually got better! One detail from the 2005 quote didn't get transfered over so 2 of the windows that they installed were not quite what I expected, but they took care of it. They offered me either a discount or they would just re-order the correct windows and change them out. I opted to change them out and expect it to go as smoothly as the rest of the process up to this point has been. They do high volume for Simonton so they get low prices and pass the savings on to customers. If only all contractors could be this great!

The sales rep Darren arrived more or less as pre-arranged (stuck in traffic for 20mins one time). Advice was that work would take one day. As it turned out, only 3 out of 4 workers turned up on the day of the installation so it over-ran to two days. Windows were completed during first day, but only one patio door replaced. Patio door was left in sealed condition, but looked ugly. The two guys who turned up for the other patio door were quick, but they left some work for me to do to repair the dry wall. Had to wait over a week for the stucco guy to come out to do his work (repair stuff around the patio doors), but he did a good job. Overall, they did a very good job on the windows, but the patio door work could have been better - more of a professional finishing etc. For the price, they're good if you don't mind doing some minor touch ups after their work. I had some quotes for over double what they charged me. Quality rating: for Windows=A, but Patio=B.

I went with this company because of the bid I received. I researched this company on BBB, Angie's list, Diamond Certified web site, and Contractors State License board. A three men installation team arrived around 8:00am. They effectively work as a team. They removed old windows/door, prepared and cleaned frames, installed new windows and door, caulking and cleaning. The job was completed around 2:00pm. Overall they have done a fine job, but only hoping can be more detail oriented.

This company did not have good quality employees or workmanship. I was embarrassed by the way they acted when my friends came to visit. The crew would argue all day and get nothing done. They did install a leaky window and destroyed my drywall. I had to keep calling them to get the work finished.
