I had a sliding screen door that had a large tear in it and my indoor cats had recently learned how to slide it open on their own to escape.  I sent an email to Bay Area Screens and promptly received an email reply from Ana with details about ways to resolve my problem.  Since I have a very busy work schedule, she offered to have a technician come to my house when I was at work to examine my current door and provide an estimate, from the outside of my house.   Once I approved the replacement plan, the installation also took place while I was at work so I came home to a nice, new screen door with a sturdy latch to keep my cats in.   They left a bill in my mailbox.  It couldn't have been easier!
Ana responded quickly to each email and facilitated the process without delay.  I couldn't have been happier with their service and would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs a screen replacement or repair.
