This was an extremely tricky project as we did not want to crack any surrounding tile which were no longer available. Lonzo brought along not only another plumber but also a tile guy just in case. He came over twice before doing the work to be sure he had everything just right. The work was done flawlessly and sink looks like it was always there!

Alpha plumbing employees are all very reliable and professional as well as honest, kind and hard-working. When the project called for drywall replacement they were able to bring in a specialist for this as well who also proved to be very reliable, honest and kind. They were very good about giving estimates and consulting with me as far as the materials and fixtures I wanted to use. I would definitely recommend Alpha Plumbing and I would use them again if needed.

He needed to replace pipe because it was in bad shape. He had to do a couple of trips because “they” gave him the wrong one. It took longer than he expected but he was thorough and tried to unplug without replacing. He called his boss after assessing the problem and got a new estimate for the job. The only problem that I saw was that I asked to have the water running to see if it was fixed. He was in a hurry to get the check ( ah! No credit card!! Too bad if in an emergency) and probably he was worried that the job took longer than expected. This company has a fixed price to come to your house.

Lonzo and team promptly came out, tried clearing the blockage, and had to bring in additional line to get to the issue. It turned out that the issue was somewhere between the house and the street. Had to excavate the front walkway and portion of the lawn to check the sewer pipe, and found that an old Oleander bush root broke into the clay sewer pipe. Alpha plumbing located the problem, offered alternate solutions, (we chose to replace the whole pipe rather than just the affected section and had them install two two-way sewer clean out access points (one by the sidewalk and one by the house), Lonzo and his team dug up and removed the Oleander bush. They were quick, professional, and caring about our situation. We are back in business, thank God!

The only problem we had and they fixed it and they were very conscientious about it, the driver hit back into a fence along our tennis court and  then pulled a little bit and they came, rooter rooter came up and fixed it, so they were attentive to us and it was a difficult backing situation and I don't really blame them and they fixed it so in a way it's kind of a good sign because they were conscientious about it, they make a mistake they fixed it.

They pump the septic tank pretty straight forward they pumped it out and drove away, he had to come back and do a second one.

Our call was returned quickly. I told him our issue (toilet) and his first question was "do you have another bathroom. I really appreciated this because we only have one. It was 2:00 in the afternoon and he said he'd come out today (whew!). He arrived on time as promised. He took care of our issue, explaining what he was doing, and why, along the way. He DIDN'T try to sell us services we didn't need. We are so pleased to have a plumber we can trust. I have no concerns in recommending this company to others. Very professional and pleasant.
