I signed a contract for alarm services with this company in
2004. I tried to terminated services in February of 2013 and was told that the contract renews automatically, and I had
been signed up for an additional $1,600 worth of services. It would require me to buy out the contract
in the amount of $1,650, and old equipment in the amount of $849. They already picked up the majority of the
equipment, and can make an arrangement to pick up the rest of the equipment at
any time, but have chosen not to. Keep in mind that my monthly fees were $45 per month. They assure me that this type of contract is legal: called the (Evergreen Laws) but after using their services for 9 years, I feel that is a horrible
way to do business. BEWARE OF CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Now they have
hired an attorney to pursue this matter and threaten to ruin my credit.
