Electrical Service
The first appointment made for this repair was not kept by the electrician. After an hour of calling for a status on the repair, I was told that the worker assigned to my job did not come in to work. The second technician arrived an hour and a half late without the proper equipment needed to do the job. He changed a wire, said that it needed more work and charged me $80. The fan worked for two hours and then broke again. When I called the owner of the business, Thomas Umble, he told me that he does not feel responsible to get it working but that he would make another appointment. The technician did not arrive for the third appointment and Mr. Umble did not respond to calls until 1 1/2 hours after the set appointment time. He did not resolve the fan problem but in the end he did return my $80 after mediation on my part by ServiceMaster.
