My wife and I needed to move to Denver in 2014 for a job relocation and decided to rent our home in Castro Valley. We chose Charles and ACL Property Management after interviewing many firms. Over the last few years - we have been reassured in our decision by the great communication, follow-up and service performed by Charles. Being over 1,200 miles away from our home felt daunting at first. But thanks to Charles, it seemed much closer - and we never once had to worry about the condition or care of our home or concerned about our tenants needs or issues. I do not give recommendations lightly - but this one is easy. If you are close to your home or far away - I would trust Charles and his group to care for your home as if it were his own.

ACL Property Management is an extremely knowledgeable Property Management company. They are definitely an expert in this field. The were able to lease out my home in less than a week.
