Mike did his best to make this plumbing problem work, but cautioned that a complete tear apart the floor job and replacing the original plumbing was in the looming future...but he make it work for now.
Most amazing part, was that I expected to pay for this service, because he worked very hard for several hours. My cost was zero, because he said he couldn't guarantee the work and that he couldn't charge for it. I tried to offer some kind of compensation, but he would not take it. Amazing ethics!!
It has been over 90 days and the makeshift toilet seal repair still has not leaked.
I will call his company to do the big job when the time comes...meanwhile it's working good.
