It didn't go!! This co. never returned my call after 5 tries. I still need the work done. After they came out the job they did was great. I would recommend them to anyone needing services.

When they were done, they left. We thought they had completed the job. We several days later when our septic system came we were informed that there still was 18 inches of crap still in the septic. We contacted them and asked them to finish the job. They refused. We had another company finish the job and called Master Card and had them cancel payment. This company apparently takes the word of it's servicemen rather than that of a client. The least they could have done was come out and investigate.

The pricing was average, nothing special. The septic tanks have a wood diver and just after they were here and I had another plumber come out. The new guy called me and told me the diver was cracked but A-1 never reported it to me. We had to have in drained again which cost me $500.
I emailed A-1 about this and they basically told me that they didn't see anything. I felt they were very unprofessional about this.
The experience was good but hesitant on using again.

It went very well. Creativity was required, and applied successfully.
When one worker didn't do acceptable work, he was removed from the job and replaced with another worker who did very well.
