They were very accommodating. They did a good job and also did a little extra. They weren't scared of the dogs either.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AS PROMISED. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND TOOK GREAT CARE WITH THE INSTRUMENT. THERE WERE SEVERAL STAIRS INVOLVED AND THE PIANO WAS MOVED WITH NO DAMAGE.
