SMV Flooring and Interiors

SMV came recommended by a friend who lived near by and I decided to give them a try. A big mistake. Communication and punctuality were frustrating. Jose's told me he lost his phone twice which were the reasons he could not receive my messages nor pick up my calls. The entire process was extremely frustrating mainly because I was not able to reach him after the project started. I also found numerous areas that needed to be touched up after he claimed his work had been completed as if no one from this company did any walkthrough to check their own work. There were areas that could not be accessed nor worked on. He promised to come back when it became accessible after I made the final payment. Of course, he would not respond to text and when I called he said he never received my messages. He then promised to come back to finish the job on a later date which he also flaked.
