Went very well. All I had to do was purchase the paint. They moved everything before and after the job was completly. Got everything done in a timely manor. Very resonable.

All went as expected - Mario showed up on time for the original quote, job was completed on time and since we were on vacation during the job Mario kept us updated by sending text photos of the work being done. Unbeknownst to all of us there was one wall that had old (very old) wall paper that had been painted/plastered over decades ago - regardless, they did the work needed to correct the situation while keeping the project on schedule. While he may not be the lowest cost painter, he is very fair and is well worth the price for the quality work he delivers. Without hesitation we'll hire Mario Perez again.

He was really good, he is very detail oriented, he knew his stuff and he took time to do a quality job.

He did an excellent job. He was very efficient and finished before Christmas which I really appreciated.

The crew moved in and worked continuously until completion of the work. Prep work was quite thourough.

Mario is very knowledgeable and offers great advice. He doesn't try to upsell you or have you do more work/services than is necessary. It took two days for him and another painter to finish our kitchen. They did an excellent job and the price was decent. Not only was the paint job fabulous, but they also cleaned up everything afterward. Would definitely have them paint our house again if needed.

mario painted the outside of my house,repaired and painted my front porch and back deck.he does excellent prep work, which my old home needed alot of patching up. it looks great!.the job took longer than expected and about 2 months wait for them to start, but was worth it.i wouldn't use anybody else, and i plan to use them again to do the interior. he helped me pick colors and gave me good advice.

My overall experience with them went very well. Their price was between medium and high but their quality of work was excellent. Their work was very good. They did a good estimate and delivered in terms of quality. They understood that I was expecting a high quality of work. So, when they finished one part of the work which was the large brand new ceiling, they stopped and asked my wife to get her approval. She suggested a list of small changes that they corrected. I liked the fact that they just did not assume that I liked it but took a break to take the approval which was unlike in the construction business. It was a very appropriate action for the people who did quality work and made sure they met the customer's expectations and satisfactions.

They came and did the work. They were neat and clean and it was a good experience and I would use them again.

We are very pleased with the finished product. The rooms look new, not just painted over. Mario is very thorough and punctual and his two main guys are professional and nice. We had a little miscommunication over the placement of the chandelier but it was corrected right away. Mario is a perfectionist and enjoys seeing his finished product.

This is one of, if not the best, contractors we have ever come across. His work is meticulous, and he is clean about everything, never leaves a mess to clean up after. You will not find a better contractor in the work force. He can paint, stucco and plaster. IF he says that he can do something, he can. His prices are extremely fair.

In addition to what I said in the services described above, he used a slower, but more environmentally friendly method of stucco removal than what other contractors quoted for. Instead of sandblasting, he used water pressure and scraped by hand with diamond blades. This took a few days longer, literally two days. His work is immaculate. At the end of every day he cleaned up and vacuumed the work area. He is meticulous and the cleanest contractor I have ever had do work for me. You will never find better quality work than this. Mario also did a very difficult job of cutting porcelain tile and covering walls along the sides of our exterior stairs aproaching our front door. This was done at an additional cost of $1200. Again his work was meticulous. He is also extremely qualified to do water proofing. He is one of the few professionals around who is willing to remove stucco using the water method with removal by hand, other than sand blasting, which requires a permit.

The work was neat and meticulous. Each step was thought out and preparations, including sanding, were completed with a minimum of dust. Mario's crew were careful to mask off any surface not to be painted at that time and put plastic over any surfaces not being painted. They lined the cabinets with plastic so that the only surface painted was the correct surface. Mario took the cabinet doors and drawers to his shop to spray paint while the rest of the cabinet surfaces were sprayed in the kitchen. Extensive use of plastic and meticulous masking kept the paint where is was supposed to go. The finished job was flawless and beautiful.

Mario Perez is a very honest and conscientious businessman. I got his name from Angie's list and based on his reports, used him for my drywall repair and painting. He is passionate about his work and his employees; consequently, customer satisfaction is his highest priority. His work was thorough and professional; he was on the job the entire time and he did a fantastic job in preparation, patching, painting and cleanup. Meet him personally for an estimate and you will agree.

What an awesome painting crew Mario Perez and company are! I am soooo happy with their performance. Mario's pricing is very competitive and his customer service skills are excellent! He shows up when he says he will and he and his crew work hard. He is a very knowledgeable painter and brings great ideas to the job site. I really like Mario because I could call him at any time and within 24 hours he'd be at my House to do work, consult me, fix something, etc. I wish the construction world was filled with guys like this, I really do. The quality of his work is awesome! He and his crew would work 12 hour days at points in my project because we were under timelines and he never once complained. Great guy/great painter! He can paint, and he's great with drywall and working with redwoods.
