Failed to give me results as promised before mold test were done because management company paid for it.

I didn't compare costs so no way to evaluate that. I forgot to have an asbestos test done, he nicely came back and tested for that ,took it to the lab and called back by the next day with the results . He is a very nice man and makes you feel really comfortable. Thanks, Bobby!

Review by Joan BHin Los Angeles, CA Project: Test for Toxic Mold, Materials, and Air Quality On May 14, 18 I had a flood in my bedroom. Because I had been disappointed twice, as to cost and had a very limited amount of money to spend, I was doubtful when I called Robert that the cost would be within my budget. Not only did Robert keep his promise as to cost, he gave me a lower price then he had quoted, so the appropriate test could be done. Robert took pictures that say a thousand words. He made me aware of the problems, and provided more then adequate research, for me to read. I felt I was not alone in my efforts to remedy the mold that had developed in my closet, bedroom, and common bathroom. On March 2, 19, I experienced another flood this time in my kitchen that the landlord was ignoring. I learned 3 days before that my landlord was having an environmental test and inspectiion done. Knowing, in advance that the test results would be in my Landlord's favor, I again called Robert. Robert came to my Home a few days later to insure the test results would be ready before my Landlords. He did a reinspect and took environmental test. Yesterday, I got the Landlord's environmental test results. Not unlike what I had expected the results indicated the air quality was find. Had Robert not done the test prior to those done my Landlord, I would not have been able to dispute my Landlord's findings. Robert has that special gift, that we have come to know as sincerity. His humanity coupled with his professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to share his expertise sets him above the rest. Robert has an abundance of the milk of human kindness; he is simply the best.!! I will recommend him highly to anyone who needs any type of investigation done for MOLD.

Robert called me back the same day as my inquiry, made some schedule adjustments and came to my home the day for the inspection. After the initial house inspection he went under the house and found the source of issue, conducted some tests and advised me of what he thought the initial problem. After that he suggested a number of repair options, some additional inspections that I might consider (not in his specialty by the way, so he wasn't drumming up business). He was courteous and professional... Highly recommended..
