Stereo and Home Theater System Service
The experience with the sales person was lacking and the experience with the installer was fantastic. The sales person wont follow up, they made mistake and miss informed me, im trying to get in touch with them but they wont call back. The tv is excellent but the service is lacking.

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH KEN CRANE'S WAS VERY POSITIVE. THERE WAS NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES. THEY TRIED TO FIND THE RIGHT TV FOR OUR WANTS, AND NEEDS, AND DELIVERED IT IN A TIMELY MANNER AT A GOOD PRICE. WE DID HAVE A MINOR PROBLEM WITH THE TV A FEW DAYS AFTER WE RECEIVED IT, AND THEY DELIVERED A BRAND NEW ONE WITHIN THE WEEK. WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.
