They came out quick. They kind of took advantage of me everything I asked them to do had a cost on it was 1100 dollars. The guy that came out was very nice and professional but felt like they took advantage of me.

Wall heater was not heating properly. George of Gilbert Plumbing came out the same day of my call and quickly identified the thermostat as being the issue. He replaced it with a new thermostat I purchased to completely cover the spot where the old one had been. (The thermostat he had was a different size and I didn't want to wait for him to return the next day with another one.) Problem solved!
I have used Gilbert Plumbing multiple times for plumbing and heating issues. Gilbert, the owner, goes above and beyond to make his customers happy with excellent service and competitive pricing rarely beat by others.

After getting a more expensive bid somewhere else, a friend referred me to Gilbert. He was at our house within the hour on a Saturday and gave me the lowest bid out of four other plumbers I received estimates from. He started the work the next day and left his crew here to complete the job while checking in twice during the 8 hours they were working. Once they were finished, they replaced all the dirt and made my yard look as good as new. I have already consulted with Gilbert on the next project I'd like them to tackle, highly recommend him.

They are very prompt and clean. I have been using them for about ten years and I have been very pleased and satisfied with their work.

He seems to be very dependable and the price is fair.

Initially, the removal of our old forty gallon hot water heater and the installation went fairly smoothly using this company. Recently, however, our sink has started leaking and our toilet has been running constantly. We have tried to contact this company because they are responsible for fixing this problem. We simply have been calling and calling and they do not call us back. I have ten grandchildren and I feel upset. It is not my job to do these repairs. I do not know how. For this reason, I would not recommend this company to others. Who would want a company that does not follow up or call people back? Plus, their work must not be good if we are experiencing problems now. I can not comment on the price we paid to them because my husband took care of that. We paid enough, however, that they should be returning our calls and addressing our problems.

Gilbert Plumbing did a good job of installing our water heater. I was happy with the service. The workers were nice enough and on time. The company was reliable and professional. Their price was competitive.

I WOULD SAY IT WAS GREAT. WHEN I CALLED, THEY TRIED TO PAY ATTENTION TO MY REQUIREMENTS, AND THEY WERE BASICALLY ON TIME WHEN THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD BE. SCHEDULE WISE THEY ARE GOOD, AND THE OVERALL QUALITY WAS GOOD. I HAD NO ISSUES WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED.
