I'D DESCRIBE IT AS POSITIVE. IT WAS NOT NECESSARILY ALWAYS COMPLETELY EFFECTIVE. THEY'RE RESPONSIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. I LIKE THE TECHNICIAN. HE'S BEEN OUT HERE A NUMBER OF TIMES. IT SEEMS LIKE HE'S CONCERNED WITH MAKING THE REPAIRS AND DOING A GOOD JOB.
