ADVANCED PAINTING CONTRACTORS

I called Advanced to ask for an estimate for painting the exterior wood trim on our three-unit condo building.  George came out and was right on time for the appointment.  He was pleasant, polite, and professional.  He answered all my questions.  He was prompt about emailing the estimate.
We didn't choose Advanced Painting because their estimate was a little on the high side (among 3 other contractors) for our HOA budget.

They had to sand down a previous contractors paint job. The previous job was peeling as it was never properly preped. They had to sand down to bare wood in some places and fixed termite damage. It looks better than new now. Excellent job, terrific cleanup. We couldn't be happier and will definitely use them again.

Great!  My house hadn't been painted in probably 20 years. Jorge called letting me know he was going to arrive in 20 mins or so for the estimate.  During the estimate, Jorge asked if I wanted Adv Painting to do the fascia board replacement.  He never assumed.    He took everything into consideration during the estimate.  I felt he didn't want me to be surprised with an extra cost at the end.  It was very respectful.  He left me with some color charts and offered to provide me with paint samples at a small fee.  Fortunately, we had the paint company nearby and I went to pick them up myself. 

The painting crew, headed by Luis, was on site and on time as promised.  I felt sorry for them.  My house needed a lot of preparation.  Of course, they just went to work.  They worked diligently all day.  They asked about everything before they removed it from the house.  The exterior lighting, bubbling stucco from water damage, the random nails, the old raingutters, and other things I never noticed.  They wanted to create a clean new surface.  They dug down near the foundation so the waterproofing primer would be below the dirt.  They patched the stucco wherever it was missing. 

This was the kicker.  I had a window removed a long time ago.  The fill-in job was less than perfect.  I never bothered because it wasn't visible on the side of the house.  It wasn't ok for Luis.  He refused to paint over it unless it was fixed.  His job was much better than the original work. 

My foundation and attic vents were all rusted and broken where animals could enter.  I went to buy the vents and the crew replaced them. At first it was only a few of the obviously broken ones, but I realized it was best to do them all.  I ended up paying extra for this work but it was well worth it.

It was easy to work with the crew.  Especially when I realized I didn't like the trim color.  I still don't like it but that's MY problem, not theirs.  ha ha.  Luis asked me if I wanted to change it but I learned my lesson.  Don't listen to my husband and son when choosing a color.  ha ha. 

I was very happy with the painting results and received many compliments from neighbors.  Our house didn't look so weathered and beaten.  It was fresh and happy looking.

About two weeks after they finished, my neighbor noticed a small area of flashing that was left unpainted.  I hadn't noticed it but I just called Adv Painting.  Jorge came out and finished it himself.  That's service!

I can't wait until I get to repaint my trim color after I do the roofing.  I'll ask them to do it in a jiffy.

I also asked Adv Painting to do the rainguttters too. Perfect!

We used Advanced Painting after our neighbor used them for exterior painting. Jorge and his team were professional and experts at interior and exterior painting. They even did wood repairs. As we prepped our home for selling, they put in the bid for additional repairs and came in 40% lower than the termite company. I can't say enough about this company. The office is great with follow up and Jorge came by after the work was done to walk through with me and fix any minor detail I pointed out ( I am very very picky)

Advanced Painting has painted the exterior of my house twice in the last 15 years.
They are extremely professional. They are not like some other painters where they spray it twice and call it done. They spray one coat all the way around; then later they will spray the house again. Overall I cannot be happier with their work. I will use them again in few years. After 7 years the paint is still like brand new.

They are a great company, they showed up on time and did two days of prep work before starting to paint. They were very professional, clean and I know the paint will last for a long time.

Our 29 year old home needed some TLC, especially the wood trim and siding. I requested bids and references from five contractors. Advanced Painting Contractors Inc. stood out because they could provide both carpentry and painting services with their own personnel, and could even provide rain gutter services if needed. The local jobs they referenced showed a high level of preparation went into their work. Jorge responded quickly and professionally to all my requests for information. His crew chief, Ernesto, ran the job professionally and kept the job site clean. The carpentry work was impressive. Jorge did let me know when he submitted a bid that my job would be in-line and gave me an approximately start date. It was well worth waiting. When it was our turn, the work was completed without shortcuts other contractors do to make up time. Our home looks stunning again!

Their work is very thorough and precise. The job they did was well done.

They did a good job, but they were very slow, were loud and very disruptive. They made inappropriate comments to people as they walked by, often whistling and staring in windows at young girls. On their lunch hour they were observed plugging cooking items into owners electrical outlets and cooking in their yards without permission. They blasted radios and yelled to each other from building to building.

The crew was on time, worked almost nonstop, and were very neat. Their cleanup was top notch, and so was their skill. They even did some patching that was not asked for or required, and they had a great attitude, very friendly and totally professional.

Very happy with the service. They completed everything in a little under 3 days and did a nice job. Would use again.

I LOVE THEM ALL. THEY ARE WONDERFUL WORKERS. THE PEOPLE ARE FUN, NICE, PROFESSIONAL, AND ACCOMMODATING. THEY ARE EVERYTHING YOU WOULD WANT IN A CONTRACTOR.
