Home Security System Service
THIS COMPANY HAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES. THEY DO NOT RESPOND QUICKLY TO CALLS. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL ON THE PHONE. THEY ARE NOT COURTEOUS. IT IS HARD TO GET TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

Home Security System Service
ONE OF THEIR SENSORS DIDN'T WORK AS WELL AS IT SAYS THAT IT DID. THEY SAID THAT IT WOULD DETECT THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ANIMALS AND HUMANS. THE PRESENTATION KIND OF EXAGGERATED THE ACCURACY OF THE SENSOR.
