STEVE REGEC LAWN AND LANDSCAPE

The job, which entailed both the front and back yards, was estimated to have taken 3 weeks from start to finish. We began in September and it took 9 months for Steve (owner)to get all of the work done. While he is a very nice and honest person, he is disorganized and erratic in terms of his work ethic. He talks incessantly and has more excuses than there are words in the dictionary. I had used Steve in the past (his company also does my yard maintenance), but this was the last time. Although he assured me the job would be done well in advance of Christmas, it was not completely done until June of the next year. He was particularly reluctant to replace the plants he had purchased that were the wrong color (not his fault, but specifically stated at the beginning).
