Peter was helpful honest and showed me what could have caused my issue. I appreciated his insight so that it does not happen again

Tech did not seem to have the proper tools to check oven temp, did not have an over thermometer or a way to check if the temperature varied over a period of time while the oven was on. Spent $50 for a service call with no resolution or knowing if the oven temp varied during baking.

I called and was given an appointment that same day. Peter showed up promptly and fixed the problem quickly and knowledgeably. And for a fair price. I was very satisfied with the service until I noticed that the front door of the stainless steel refrigerator was dented in three places from being pushed into an adjacent countertop. I spoke with Peter about this and he said it wasn't his fault, that the refrigerator didn't have the necessary clearance. His answer is unacceptable for two reasons. First, I have installed and moved the unit several times without damage. Second, as a professional, he should have checked the clearance and either protected the unit, moved it very carefully, or not moved it at all.

I liked him. He was professional. He was prompt. He had what he needed to fix our stove in his truck. He was also friendly and kind of told stories about his family and different things. He was approachable. That was kind of nice because he was here at least a half an hour, but yet when he was done, in maybe less than an hour, everything was looking wonderfully and even better than when he came.

I called up Peter and within 2 hours he promptly arrived and already with the replacement part to my surprise. He was able to open up the washer with very little available space in the laundry room and was able to fix the problem in less than an hour. Since he was already in the house, I asked him if he could also fix the clogged stove top. He said he will try, and in about a minute, he was able to fix the problem to my amazement.

Peter was able to respond to our home within 2 hours from first contact. Peter fixed the problem in about an hour and the cost was reasonable. Would use him again without hesitation.

Technician assessed the machine, determined the problem and replaced the broken part in less than half an hour.

Great! I contacted several companies listed on Angie's list, but only Peter Kim got back to me. He was not afraid of working on this old oven. He quoted me what I considered to be a terrific price based on previous ignitor replacements, he arrived on time, evaluated the situation and fixed the problem. Period. In the course of fixing the problem, he let me know that he would have to pull my oven out. It was heavy and he had to strain to get it away from the wall but got it moved. Before he did that, he let me know that there was potential for the bottom of the oven to scrape my tile floor, so that I could decide whether he should proceed or not. I put down a large piece of cardboard and he got the oven onto the cardboard, thereby eliminating that scraping potential. The oven hadn't been pulled away from the wall in decades and dust/dirt had built up below it. I asked him if I could clean the floor behind before he pushed it back and he waited for me to do that. Within less than an hour of his arrival, everything was done. I was and am very pleased!

Went great. Peter called ahead when he was heading over in the time frame he quoted. Arrived at my home, assessed the problem and gave me the cost before starting his work. Once agreed, he made quick work finding the problem and fixing it. Whole process only took about 30 minutes and the dryer now works like a champ.

Called at 8:15, the technition arrived within two hours and the problem was resolved within 15 minutes.

Peter guessed at the part he would need and purchased it before he arrived. He was correct that the igniter need to be replaced. He was quick and professional. Oven was up and working again in 20 minutes.
