Summerwind Townhomes

Their repair service, or any kind of service that we need, is very good. They are very quick to respond, but any time we have anything else, the office is not as responsive. For instance, there were some feral cats when we moved in, and they didn’t do anything quick to have them removed. The one mom that was pregnant, when we moved here last year, had kittens. They were just born when we first moved in, and it was really aggressive. They removed her probably last fall, but they left the kittens here, and now the feral kittens are having feral kittens, and they still haven’t done anything about it. It would be an issue if I had a cat allergy, but I don’t, and the cats are fine since they keep the rodents away, but they need to get them fixed or something. The cat had five kittens, and the mom is gone, but three of the kittens from last year had their own five-kitten litters. They are shy and are not lying all over everywhere, but they are still here, and the office has done nothing to try and capture the kittens and take them to the animal shelter. I have reported it a couple of times but they are still here. No one is heeding them, so they are digging through the trash and stuff. Other than that, they are great. The apartments are nice and big. The rentals are really high but they are nice and very well-kept for an apartment complex that is 30 years old. They are very well-kept and the grounds are beautiful. The office is basically there just to get new renters, and they are not there for the existing tenants. We are not going to renew our lease.
