I was very happy with LexService. Steve and Paul have respect for customers. They answer questions and explain in detail their analysis of your car. I had a horrible experience with Newport Beach Lexus Dealership, so I feel happy to have found a place that knows my car and how it works. They seem honest and treated me with respect and seemed like they wanted my business (Unlike the dealership). I will go back to LexService in the future.

They're an auto mechanic specializing in Japanese cars but they work on other foreign cars too. They worked on my 12 year old car and it was a service that required the car to stay there overnight so they provided me with a mower car. They always explains completely what the problem is and what's needed and what they're going to do. They gave me an estimate and it's a couple of hundreds different so it was not a surprise when I finally get the bill. It's a very clean repair shop and they have a good waiting area. The staff there know what they're doing and they explained everything what they do. They're very professional as well and they use original parts. So, I know that I'm getting what I'm paying for.

I followed the advice given to me, as I've used this company before (for my 2004 Lexus ES 330) and have had no complaints. I was given a loaner car at no additional charge. My car was ready on time and so far (a few months later) so good. The engine light came on recently and Steve checked it out without charging me. He tightened my gas cap (which may have been loosened by the Toyota dealer recently when I had an oil change there), re-set the engine light, and told me to only return if the engine light came back on, which it hasn't. I like this place. Good location, better prices for the most part, and they seem to be very professional, fair and honest. These friendly guys are looking to maintain a good reputation and it's a pleasure to assist them with that. I highly recommend LexService.

They have reasonable prices and do good work. They are honest and don't try to oversell a fix. They will let me know if they are watching something or if I need to watch it but don't pressure me to fix it right away. They also have a loaner car program which is handy. I know that it isn't always available but its been available any time that I have needed their services.

They know their business and get things done on time. Their quality of work is good, and they actually try to save me money. They are very easy to work with and schedule. Their price is much better than the dealers. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future; in fact, I am going there tomorrow.

I like the honesty of the company; they are really good. They are very accommodating. If you have to leave your car overnight they let you use a loner so that you can get around while your car is being repaired. I always go to them and will continue to use them in the future.

Waited on all occasions and work is done promptly, low price, and with full satisfaction compared to Lexus dealer. Steve is courteous, provides full explanation and I trust his advice which has saved higher cost work on two occasions. Will go again for the 60,000 service which will be soon.

Steve H. of Japanese Car Clinic is always attentive, concerned, timely, friendly, and honest. His estimates for repair length have been spot on. He remembers his customers quite well and oddly (to me) takes an extra step in fixing something with the vehicle that wasn't discussed. This "extra care" as I will call it shows that this company is very interested in satisfying their customers. I cannot say that this will be the case for everyone, however it has been so for myself and my father once I weened him off of the dealership! I wish I could provide a specific interaction with details but I have taken three different vehicles there over the years and am always more than happy with the service.

A friend who has been taking her Toyota and Lexus for service to the Japanese Car Clinic for many years suggested I give them a try. My first experience was for an oil change so when my vehicle needed the 90k service, I thought I'd give them another try. I was a little scared since I've always entrusted the Toyota dealer since the day I bought the truck to do ALL repairs - even oil changes. I have to say, I feel very lucky to have such a great auto repair shop to maintain the life of my cars nearby. I also have a 2004 Infiniti G35 that I have taken there for minor service as well. Again, another car that I was had only ever taken to the dealer for service. Japanese Car Clinic is fully licensed and uses the same factory parts as the dealer would. I saved a lot of money and got better service going to Japanese Car Clinic. I will never throw my money away again.

I really like him! Henry is honest and reliable and I am pleased with the service. The quality of the work is very good and I am always impressed.

THEY HAVE DONE A LOT OF REPAIRS FOR ME. THEY HAVE DEALERSHIP TYPE SERVICE AT LOWER PRICES. I FIND THEM TO BE VERY HONEST AND THEY DO GOOD WORK. THEY ALSO OFFER YOU A COURTESY CAR WHEN YOU HAVE MAJOR WORK DONE.
