One thing that I really like is that you can email your doctor and they actually respond. I also like the fact that there is always a doctor available and I can always get in to see somebody.

We have used them for 40 years. They are perfect and they have treated my babies very well. If it weren’t for them, I wouldn’t have two of my children. Their prenatal care is amazing.

I belong to Kaiser and I am very happy with Kaiser. My overall experience was very good. The service is excellent and the doctor is good. He has highly qualified people working for him. He is convenient. A week ago I saw the audiologist and she told me to get my ears cleaned as there was a lot of wax in it.

I am very happy with them. My last appointment there went well. I have my point of reference doctor but all the other doctors I have been to have been excellent. I am very pleased with my experience with them.

My leg was swollen and I was concerned that I might have a blood clot. It was throbbing and hurting. There were a few people there, but not many. They took my initial information right away and gave me a blood rest. I sat in the waiting room for about two hours which I thought was pretty reasonable. After two hours they called me in and the minute I went in they started doing all kinds of things. It was amazing. They carried out an x-ray, an ultrasound of my knee, my calf, and my ankle. They had also conducted another kind of test. The technician and nurses were fantastic. My experience with them was excellent. It was so excellent that I could hardly believe it. They had me stay there for a while till they got the results of the blood test. They came back to me and said they didn’t have any evidence of a blood clot and that I seemed fine. I was called two days later by Orthopedics with a quick appointment. I cancelled the appointment because my leg was feeling better. It was pretty amazing. I have seen huge amounts of changes in Kaiser South Bay Medical Center in the last many years in the quality of care, in wait times, in accessibility by phone and so forth. They have computer services now where we can mail directly to our physicians. Some people do get billed there, but I don’t.

He is a good doctor. He seems to be quite thorough in his examinations and the questions he asks.

The experience has bee fine. The coverage is pretty comprehensive. We haven't been a hundred percent thrilled with everything, but it has been pretty good. We have very reasonable co payments. All of our surgeries and testing has been covered. That has been amazing. We have used them for seventeen years.

Our dealings are usually satisfactory. I can't think of any experience when I was dissatisfied. They take care of the premiums. I have been happy with them.

I like using them. The doctors have been attentive and good. The medical facilities have a friendly and helpful staff.

He is very thorough and understanding. He explains all of the treatments or prescriptions before he administers them. He is a very good Doctor and I would highly recommend him.

Went through multiple tests, consultations with specialists, etc. Kaiser doctors and breast cancer clinic staff were patient, kind, highly communicative and strongly focused on educating me to make my choice. They spared no expense in conducting multiple tests to precisely identify the problem and in allowing me to get multiple opinions from Kaiser surgeons and oncologists. I went into the hospital for surgery on a Friday morning. Surgery was prompt, with no problems or complications. Transferred after surgery to a medical-surgical bed, where the nursing care was attentive most of the time. Expectations where that I'd be out the next day. When I had a problem with pain that was hard to control, doctors agreed to keep me in the hospital until the issues were resolved. I ended up staying almost a week until issues were resolved. There was never any of the pressure that I've heard about from other insurers to leave the hospital early. The only problem was minor: I had to complain repeatedly to dietary about their failure to meet my vegetarian diet requirements.

I am retired so I can participate in the employee pool and get a better rate. I'm happy with them. My primary care doctor is very personable as well as his staff. There has never been a need for a second opinion. By and large, they are the best place I've used. They also have a 15 minute rule, if your not seen within that time, you are allowed recourse and given an apology. I've only had that happen one time and that was when a guy in the waiting room had a panic attack and they had to clear the room in order to treat him.

My experience was satisfactory. They were outstanding in returning phone calls and being punctual. Their customer service is average. For an HMO they are above average. It was 13 dollars a month. Their emergency services are above adequate.

The cost is my out of pocket expense for family insurance.
