CAROLYN'S WINDOW CLEANING

Carolyn came to clean the windows & stated that her co-worker would be cleaning outside- that he would not be inside my house. She also said that she had a dog that would stay in her truck because I have a dog in my house & I did not want her dog in my house or yard. My housekeeper was cleaning in the house, so I left thinking all was ok. I was told that after I left, Carolyn & her co-worker both came into the house & they let their dog into my yard which drive my dog crazy. They locked themselves in the master bathroom for quite some time. They took ice out of the refrigerator with their dirty hands digging through the ice maker- I had to empty & clean it. They were very unprofessional. I have no way of knowing if they took anything from the bathroom cabinet, but we are missing some prescription drugs & the timing was such that I noticed the drugs missing after they were at my house.

THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE. THEY ARE PRICED WELL. THEY ARE GOOD AT WHAT THEY WERE SAYING. I AM HARDLY EVER HOME WHEN THEY DO THE WINDOWS. THEY RESPOND QUICKLY. THEY ATTEMPT TO MAKE ROOM FOR ME, FOR MY NEEDS, AND THEY ARE CLEAN. THEY DO A GOOD JOB.

THEY ARE TRUSTWORTHY AND FRIENDLY. THEY FIXED A SCREEN FOR ME ONCE, AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME. I CAN LEAVE MY KEY, AND SHE WILL DO THE WINDOWS AND LEAVE.
