Description of Work: Nothing. We traded emails and phone calls and I sent them a picture of the stove to repair. (more than one email and more than one phone call)

 + -1 moreIt went very well. It was picked up and delivered on time. The work was done as ordered and the stove looks incredible. It is the centerpiece of our remodeled kitchen. It is hard to believe it is the same stove that we used for 30 years. It looks brand new.
Description of Work: Rechrome and cleaned a 1948 O'Keefe and Merritt four-burner stove. They also recalibrated it and made it look as if it had just come out of the factory.

 + -1 moreI had phoned all over California looking for a particular piece I needed for an antique stove. I found what I needed in the far northern part of California. I was ready to pay and have it shipped to me. But, I found Antique Stove Heaven and gave them a call. He assured me he had it and at a better price. I didn't live far so I drove to his store and was amazed at the beautiful antique stoves I saw. The gentleman I spoke to looked around his shop and found exactly what I needed. It was in perfect condition! And the price was better than I was going to pay for at the other store. This is a great place for anything you need when it comes to antique stoves. I was very pleased.
Description of Work: I needed one particular piece of an antique stove that had been in our family. I phoned Antique Stove Heaven and the gentleman I spoke to assured me he had it and encouraged me to come to his store. I went - he had it!!

 + -1 moreThe technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He gave us a clear idea idea of what can and can't be done and a fair price for the work they will do. We will definitely use this company when we are ready to remodel the kitchen and the stove.
Description of Work: Gave an estimate for complete service, re-enamel of doors, re-chrome of stove top. We have an old O'Keefe and Merritt Stove and want it to be refurbished.

 + -1 moreIt couldn't have gone better. I was able to relax and enjoy the girls getting educated by Jimmy. He and his partner are fast and fair took the time to show how things work and trouble shooting. Very fair, and I'm most impressed ! Do Not Go Anyplace Else.

 + 0 moreThey did a beautiful job. It absolutely looks like a brand new oven inside and out. They were able to fix everything. They were terrific and pleasant to deal with. They were fast. Price was fair. I would use them again.
Description of Work: I had my Cucamonga appliance refinished at Antique Stove Heaven. It was total restoration of an old Western Holly oven. We took our oven down there. It was around December and they delivered it to Cucamonga about end of April.

 + -1 moreANTIQUE STOVE HEAVEN I like that they were close by. Didn't like their service. I had an antique stove that needed to be refurbished. They said by looking at the stove that it would take about 6 weeks. It ended up taking 4 months. So we had no stove for 4 months, and I had to chase them down to get feedback. They did a good job, but took too long.
Description of Work: ANTIQUE STOVE HEAVEN I used them 3 years ago to refurbish my antique stove. Cost $3700 dollars.

 + 0 moreThe work tool about two weeks, the stove was spotless when returned, everything worked as good as new. Pick-up and delivery worked well for an extra charge, they were polite and prompt. An oven door hinge broke a little over a year from the repair and they came and replaced it for free.
Description of Work: I have a 1954 O'Keefe and Merritt antique stove that had been in my family for many decades. The broiler wasn't working, the pilot would not stay lit, the flame would not light without a match, the oven ran hot by about 50 degrees. Antique Stove Heaven rebuilt it top to bottom, disassembled it and acid washed, installed all new insulation, gas lines,parts for the broiler. They tole me that it could take up to six weeks so they left me with a brand new loaner stove!

Description of Work: I had new countertops put in my kitchen and when they moved the stove back in, it sprung a gas leak. Antique Stove Heaven came out the very next day and fixed what turned out to be a small problem.

Description of Work: I contacted Antique Stove Heaven to fix my old Wedgewood stove. Both ovens would not ignite even though the pilot lights were on. This was my experience with the company today. I telephoned the company this morning to find out approximately what time Winsor would arrive. I was given his telephone number in order to speak to him directly. When I reached him I explained what was wrong with my ovens. Over the phone he instructed me what to do to see if that might solve the problem and he would wait on the phone while I did what he suggested. What he told me to do worked, and he did not need to make the call. I thought that was remarkably generous and honorable of him to do that for a customer. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again or to recommend this company to anyone who needs an antique stove repair.

Description of Work: Purchased a 1950's O'Keefe & Merritt gas stove. They changed the stove top from chrome to porcelain and the dials and handles from red to white. Delivered free locally.
