I have used Stan Vierra Electrical for many years. When I first used their services, they completely re-wired my house and brought it up to code. It was an old house and when they were finished all of the outlets worked flawlessly! I was extremely pleased with this! Then I contacted them about 18 months later to have the wiring done for the new spa. About 2 years after this, they cheerfully repaired a blown outlet due to Christmas light usage. Most recently, I contacted them for advise regarding the above (air conditioner and spa running at the same time).
In all instances, the workers and Mr. Vierra himself were extremely knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and very pleasant to work with. Whenever I called their office, all of their customer service people were very pleasant and knowledgeable as well.
I will not hesitate to recommend Stan Vierra Electrical to anyone who needs an electrician to be referred to them!

They came and stayed a long time. There were two guys there. The work wasn't great. A month later, it wasn't going on anymore. I would never call them again.

Stan Vierra Electrical was recommended to us by a long time Hanford resident as we were new to the area. We called for an appointment and Stan came to our home the very next day. Stan was extremely helpful and very willing to work with us since we wanted to help reduce costs by doing some work ourselves. First he recommended that we increase the service for the RV spot from a 30 amp service to a 50 amp service since there would be a good chance in the future that we would be upgrading our RV and would need a 50 amp service. He did not push us but gave us the opportunity to decide for ourselves based on cost and usage. He also advised us on the trenching as we would be trenching for both water pipes, electrical conduit and sprinkler wiring. He explained that his company could purchase and install the conduit but that we could save labor costs by doing that part ourselves, which we did with his recommendation on conduit pipe size and the best place to purchase our pipe. In addition he took the time to explain to us that since we were having so much cement poured in our back yard that we should consider putting in conduit pipe, capping it off for use in the future. If at a later date we decided that we needed outlets it would be much less expensive to just pull the wires through existing pipe then it would be to have to go under the patios with pipe and wire. With that advice we made decisions about shed placement and planters so that we were able to put in our conduit pipe for future use in the places we felt would be most logical. He examined the existing sprinkler system wiring and explain what would have to be done to accomplish what we wanted. He then explained how my husband could do that part of the wiring himself further saving us more money. Lastly he explained that it would take at least two men and a spotter to pull the wires through the pipes due to the distance and locations of the pulls but that if my husband and I made ourselves available when his man came for the installation we could further reduce the labor charges, which we were able to do. As he left he advised us to call him with our decisions on 30 vs 50 amp and what we would could do to help with the job. When I phoned he gave me the bid and told me to call the office when our other work was completed and we were ready to have the wires pulled and hooked up. When I called they had their man come out within 2 days to finish the job. His staff was very friendly and professional, he even looked over the work that we had done ourselves to make sure that things were all correctly connected and we wouldn't have any problems. Because of Stan's attitude towards our DIY and willingness to work with us we came in far under what we had budgeted for the work and ended up with more options and a better layout than when we started on our own.
