The unit was a 3 ton unit. My dual pack unit quit heating in early January 2009. I was talking to a neighbor who recommended Steve Spiller to check out my unit. I called him and he responded promptly. A major part had cracked on the unit and he recommended I replace the whole unit. I recieved two other estimates from other providers in the area, and compared them to Steve's estimate. Steve provided a quality result with a reasonable price. Once I contacted Steve with my decision, he promptly gave me a day and time for installation. He was prompt, efficient, and professional throughout the entire process. The unit he installed was bigger tonage, much better and more efficient than the previous unit. I was very satisfied with all work done, and will continue to use Steve for the required maintenance.
