Bruce, the owner of Kings Tile was extremely communicative, punctual, and polite. Will be doing business with him again in the future.

We had agreed that we would both select the color and type of tile to use together. However, he decided to select a cheap tile (Dale tile) that was a complete mismatch in color on his own. I wanted the tile to match or blend with the rest of the tile in color, texture, and placement. This did not happen. He tiled up the wall too high and the mirror, electrical outlets and fixtures were compromised. The contractor here fixing his poor workmanship has discovered that he broke the water barrier, which will cause mold and other issues. The tile is uneven and has sharp edges. This bathroom is for my disabled son and if he were to loose balance he could get cut. He also placed the controls for the shower head out of my son's reach. I told him who the bathroom was for and why we needed this work done. The grout is uneven and discolored in areas. It is just ugly to look at. He also put the mirror up so high that you had to be standing and tall to see in it properly. He charged me $8,000 for this poor workmanship and the new, more qualified contractor is charging me $4,500 for the same work. I called him after the work was finished to come fix his mistakes, and he told me he would come next week, but ended up never coming.
