The office is VERY nice. Staff is friendly, appt went well, I did have to wait. What I really like is that I can select my glasses right after my appt on the sight, and the staff there is excellent. They helped me pick out glasses and gave me the break down on cost after insurance. The glasses came in faster than expected and after I had them for about a week, a box fell on me at work and the glasses were out of whack. I took them in and they readjusted them for me, same day. I'm very pleased.

I think the Dr.'s visits go as well as can be expected.   The wait time after signing in is not as lengthy as with my regular primary provider's office visits.  This I think is a plus.
Appointment at 8:45 a.m.   Called in  to exam abut 9:00 a.m.   Dr. Beard came in discussed last exam, checked my eyes, went through the letter routine, different lens comparison, etc.   Dr. then had someone come in and apply dilation eye drops.  I was led out to wait area, and was later (30) called back for interior eye exam.   Dr. explained what condition my eyes were in regards to diabetes effect, cataract symptoms, glaucoma, etc.     He then advices me on prescription difference from last exam, and cataract removal option if necessary.  I am provided the glass prescription, and told to make an appointment for next year.
I have been seeing Dr. Beard for quite a few years and think he is a straight shooter, that answers questions asked directly and without hesitation.

I like them because they are ophthalmologist and not just optometrist or opticians. They are professional. I trust them completely; the ophthalmologist I use. They do have good opticians, and they are excellent.
