HOME DEPOT

On one side they were custom gutters and they were twice as much as the regular kind. They did a good job on one side of the house. On the other side, there was a patio roofing, and instead of going under/over that roof piece, they just cut the gutters off on both sides so now, when it rains, I get all the water flooding down. I have called them back and forth multiple times and they send people out to look at it but it hasn't been fixed yet. It's very unorganized and they don't follow through. The main manager Bo said he was coming out but he sent someone else out. They're now saying it's not their responsibility because they need to put another piece connecting the gutter. I had to have someone else come out to patch it because they won't. The workers were pleasant and on time but they won't take responsibility for the work now. I will not be doing work with them again.

THEY WERE VERY WELL MANNERED AND VERY POLITE. THEY WORKED VERY DILIGENTLY AND HARD ON TOP OF THAT. I THINK THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON MY BATHROOM AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE WHO DID IT. IT WAS HOME DEPOT.
