I've been in here twice and gotten excellent service both times. The
first time, our diesel pusher motorhome has a pin hole in the coolant
surge tank (reservoir). Dave gave me an estimate which I found to be
quite accurate to the time I thought it would take to remove and repair
it. They did an excellent job, within the time and value they had
estimated.
The second trip in was with my 1998 Dodge pickup which has been prone to
overheating on some of the hottest days of the year (+100 degree
days). There was no water leak and the coolant wasn't low. Dave
surprised me by taking a quick look, asking a few questions, eyeballing
the warped side of the radiator, and telling me that I needed a new
radiator. Somehow I'd expected some amount of testing to be required to
'prove' to us that a new radiator was required. But, with the faith I
had in Dave after the motorhome repair, I told him to go ahead and put
in a new radiator. He told me up front that he may run into an issue
trying to get an exact match for mine and may have to upgrade to a
slightly more expensive model to get me what I needed. I told him that
was ok. Again, the job was done within the estimated time and amount. I
have made an effort to duplicate conditions when it might overheat
(driving around at freeway speeds in 100 degree plus weather) and not
had any overheating problems.
So, in my opinion, Dave and his help are honest, thorough, knowledgable and accurate. Signed, a happy customer (Mike).
