Worst experience ever.  I have never been treated so poorly by an employee. Customer service is not a value for that establishment.  I brought my 2 year old in for a fun treat and we each selected a piece to paint.  When I went to the register to pay, the employee, Candace, said that the piece I selected was ringing up at different prices. I told her that it had $9 written on the back of mine and she said that some were ringing for $10 and $11 (obviously I had painted over the price).  I told her that I would not argue with her over $1 but that it wasn’t good business practice and this is where I became shocked, she became hostile.   Ripping the receipt off the register and thrusting it at me.  Shoving the pen across the counter, really scary behavior in a place that is mainly designed for children. She didn’t even bother to take the signed credit card receipt back from me.  I asked for her name and she literally shouted, “CANDACE-WHY?!!”  I asked for the manager, but of course, there wasn’t one available.  How embarrassing for that establishment.  Skip the Hanford store and make the drive to Fresno.
