Arnold's Tree Service

I have used Arnold's in the past (October, 2012) and I really love this company! They took the tree out cleanly without any problems. I have finally been able to make contact with them again and they arrived the following day to remove another tree. I am so glad I found them again because I think they are exceptional, honest and very professional! An "A" all around!

I give them an A+ all around! They were courteous and very professional. They had the right equipment at the right time. They got the tree removed in 40 minutes and brought more equipment to grind the stump. The foreman, Mitch, was especially nice and gave me the history of these trees, and what to plant should I want to replace them in future. They were very honest and this was a plus as far as I was concerned. I've attached some photos in case you need to see some. I would not hesitate to recommend Arnold's Tree Service in the future; in fact, one of my neighbors is interested in hiring them, and I will definitely do so in the future with the two trees I have in the back yard of the same species! An excellent job was done by Arnold's Tree Service!

I will be contacting them again soon for another tree removal, since I was so pleased with the last job!

I was so pleased with the last job that Arnold's did for me, so that I contacted them again in August to have another tree removed. They were going to schedule back then but I needed to obtain the funds for a new job, and said I would call them to make arrangements.

I called them twice in October, left detailed voice mail messages, and they never called back. I am uncertain as to their status, and at this time I am looking for a new tree service to remove a troublesome ash tree.

Still, in the past, they did good work.

Four men showed up right on time, a father, son and two others. They walked around the area and told us exactly what they were going to do and how they were going to take down the trees. They expertly cut the trees and made them fall away from the house. Once all the big tree debris was cleared they stopped to talk to us about how they were going to bring the stump grinder in the tight spot between the pool and patio. They also took the time to talk with us about how they were going to grind around the sprinklers and how deep. Believe me, they did just what they said they would. Getting the grinder in through the tight spots and perfectly grinding the stumps down and not hittimg any of the sprinklers or water lines. All the debris was removed and the grass was blown off so you couldn't even tell they had been there.

This company was great from start to finish. They were always on time - for both the estimate and the service. It was obvious that they've been in this business for a while and knew what they were talking about. They were very professional, and my wife was comfortable having them around while I was at work. They did a great job on all of the trees, including grinding the stumps. They cleaned up so well before they left that I could hardly tell that the trees were ever there.

The only slightly negative thing about this company is the price. They were more expensive than every other quote, but this is one of those cases where you get what you pay for. We chose them in the end due to their professionalism, and we are happy that we did. They were also willing to work with us on the cost in order to keep our business. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
