The project went way over budget (by 30%), and it took over a month to put in a new sink and lay the flooring. Disappointed in the finishing. The plaster was not sanded smoothly, for example. I had to continue following up to keep the project moving. It was almost as if we were just a side project.

Scott was patient as I made the decision and determined the best timing for me. I received choices at several price points and was informed as to scheduling details such as the wood needing to season in my home for at least two weeks. The quality of the installation work was excellent and care was taken in moving furniture, etc. I requested a last minute change out of materials on the stairway -- an esthetic decision on my part -- and Scott graciously made this change in a timely way.
Overall Scott was easy to work with and the work was excellent. I asked Scott to coordinate directly with the contractor who was doing interior painting and they worked well together to coordinate the staging of the job -- some painting, then flooring, baseboards and more painting. My only suggestion is to be sure to over-communicate on scheduling details -- always confirm the day before because things come up.

The prices were reasonable. They were prompt and punctual. The workmen who installed the carpet were courteous, efficient, and on time.
