This is the worst experience I have ever had. The company is an old established San Mateo firm, well known. The son George is now taking methadone. He has not paid any subcontractors and has bounced checks all over town. He has stopped returning calls. The work has been mostly finished by Victor Campos who has saved the entire project from complete disaster, HIS work is great, Powell's is a nightmare.. Powell, has actually had his license suspended 3 months into the project and never told me. Beware of this crook.
