It was a quick and efficient job.  He arrived on time and explained everything thoroughly.  I opted to have the maintenance done in addition to the keypad (coupon deal) done since it had been years since the door had been serviced.  I am so glad I did.  It operates so more smoothly and quietly now.

I have gone through Bob for a few garage door services and ALWAYS had a pleasant & professional experience. Bob was prompt, mindful of my time as a stay-at-home mother (didn't lolly-gag or waste time shooting the breeze) and he got the job done well with little delay.
