It went very well.

I called Urban Wildlife Trapping Experts on a Saturday morning and got their voicemail. I left a message and about 2 hours later David called me back and told me that someone would come to my house that day and that they would call and let me know when they were going to be on their way. Just as promised, Sonny called me later that afternoon and told me he would be over around 5 PM. He had to take another job at the last minute before my appointment which was a more urgent situation than mine so he ended up arriving at my home at around 6 PM. However, he called a couple of times to keep me apprised as to when he would arrive at my house. When he arrived, he checked all vent openings all around the house and then checked to see if there was anything living underneath my house. He didn't see any evidence of anything living under the house but did find raccoon paw prints. He set up a "test" to further investigate whether any animal was living underneath my house and told me he would return in a couple of days to seal the vent opening for me if the "test" showed no evidence of movement. He also repaired and reinforced the main crawlspace opening which was rusted. He came back a few days later and repaired and sealed the vent opening. Sonny was very knowledgeable about animal behavior and did a great job of repairing three vents for me. Service was great!!! I would recommend Urban Wildlife Trapping Experts to anyone who has problems with wild animals and will use them again should I need them.

Christopher came over, took measurements and a check for 150 ( which I thought was odd to get a quote, but the scheduler insisted their guys were bird experts). Christopher did not seem forthcoming with information and told me Jonathan would call me with some options and a quote. I called Christopher 4 days later as a I had not heard from Jonathan. He said he would have him call me, but another 5 days later, nothing. I canceled the check.

Jonathan came to give us an estimate and was very fair in his pricing. We chose him over a few other companies.
He was professional and punctual each visit. He removed the traps quickly and effectively.
The final rat was caught outside on a weekend and I could not remove it because he had nailed the trap down. He sent his assistant to remove it right away. The assistant left a bloody mess behind him after removing the rat. Jonathan was very apologetic and came the next morning to clean up the blood.
In conclusion, Jonathan accomplished what needed to be done in a short amount of time - we now have no rats. The only disappointment came after I had already paid him when I texted him with a follow-up question and he did not respond. This made me feel like since he'd already gotten his money and closed the job he did not need to respond to me anymore, which I guess I understand but it would have been nice to get a response to a very basic question.
